Meditation is healthy, safe and affordable. In fact it’s free. The only expense you’ll have is a meditation mat, which isn’t especially necessary-at least from my experience. Meditation has been around for 5,000 years, and was originally a spiritual component of yoga. I am not a good teacher at ALL i have no patience for stupid questions but my friend is a practicing pagan she is doing her first spell but she wants me to help her out. How can i help her with her meditation and visualization. She doesn’t know how to and wants me to teach her. How do i start i mean she has no idea how to. Please help how did you guys learn it she only has 15 days to get this spell casting down how can i help her. Is there any techniques i have to teach her as i said she is a beginner in spell casting and this is a pretty powerful spell how do i get started in teaching her spell casting.

PS: The way i did it well i want her to learn properly as i said i am not a good teacher.

Tell her to study for a year and a day and THEN attempt spellcasting. If she can’t do it, she SHOULD NOT do it. MAgic requires years of serious study, you can’t learn anything worthwhile in 15 days.
