The Quick Guide to Meditation Sutra 1-25 is given below: A burning desire to worship of all impurities, self-study and meditation and surrender of devotion to me inside – these constitute the discipline of Meditation and Yoga of action./1/. The discipline of yoga focuses on the meaning and feeling of meditation leading to deep meditation which is the unity with itself. / 2 /. The lack of spiritual wisdom, selfishness, love, hatred and lust for life are the five – which causes pain or distress to the mind of man. / 3 /.

 A quick guide to meditation – - lack of spiritual wisdom. The lack of spiritual wisdom is the breeding ground for all sources of pain and mental distress, weakness or drowsiness or hidden or spread actively. / 4 /. The lack of spiritual wisdom is to see death as temporary or eternal, the impure as pure, sadness or distress as a donor fun and selfishness as self-consciousness. / 5 /. Selfishness is the ability of forces visible and able to see the same manner as the summary of the vision of self-consciousness. / 6 /. Sensations of pleasure are replaced by affection and emotional attachment. / 7 /. Aversion, hatred or aversion is followed by pain, discomfort, pain, anxiety or pain. / 8 /.

Subtle nature that we see and actions is the visible world of nature. More subtle are the nature of the mind and the subtle elements of matter, sensory perception and the organs of action. Subtle nature exists to serve consciousness, consciousness of self for the pleasure of the experience or exit. / 18 /.  

A quick guide to meditation – - four states of the true nature… Changes in the characteristics and qualities of the true nature of generating the four states of nature are the true essence, more subtle in nature, elements and material elements of subtle issue. / 19 /. The three characteristics of cosmic Nature in four states are cosmic force, the true essence, the subtle nature of the five elements and five subtle elements of raw gas. / 19 /.

 A quick guide to meditation – - consciousness. Light is the pure consciousness of soul and vision of pure insight, he witnessed all states of nature without being dependent on him. / 20 /. The objective nature of the case is objective, states of consciousness of the soul. / 21 /. The awareness of the subtle nature of the beast had ceased to exist since the consciousness of the soul is purified concerned, it does not cease to exist as it continues to let other people live of the universe. /22 /. The lack of spiritual wisdom and delusion are the main causes of lack of spiritual wisdom of the spiritual truth or the internal unity of the essence of God. / 24 /.

At the end of a lack of spiritual wisdom that follows the termination of the relationship led to the isolation and rejection of consciousness. / 25 /. Undaunted and unwavering discriminative wisdom is the way to avoid enslavement by the state. / 26 /

Human beings forms portion of the Beta frequency within daily activity, as we find ourselves awake and productive. True meditation finds its place within the Alpha frequency, being a very advanced state. While learning how to meditate, for beginners some may experience difficulty or frustration as it can be difficult to operate in the Alpha.

When we are finally able function well in the Alpha state, fluctuation between the Alpha and Theta state is typical, then passing into the Delta. This is the state, or frequency which is normally active during sleep. The ultimate goal is to remain in the Alpha while meditating.

meditating helps u to let go off whats around u and to not think of stuipd stuff and stuff that stress`s u out…i meditate before i go to my karate classes alot……meditation itself is easy…..sits alone in a silent place…..close ur eyes….u can either indian style ur legs or like sit on ur knees like ur kneeling…….breathe in 1-2-3-4 breathe out 1-2-3-4 let go of all thoguht……me i relax and use words ill 1-2-3-4 fer the first few secnds then ill say earth-air-fire-water buts thats only because i like to use earthen energy with my karate to help focus and help me…….i hope i helped u…..have a blessed day

The Most Common Obstacles to Meditating

We all know that meditating has many wonderful benefits for the mind, body and spirit. Indeed, that is why you have embarked on this healthy endeavor. Nevertheless, meditating is a process that takes a great deal of work and time to master. In this, like any endeavor, there are obstacles and challenges that will have to be faced and overcome in order to attain the benefits we seek from meditating.

In today’s society of instant gratification, one of the more common obstacles of meditation we face is motivation, or rather a lack of it. What do you do when you don’t want to meditate? The fact of the matter is that the less you are involved in meditating, the less you will meditate. However the opposite is true too. The more you meditate, the more you will meditate. While that sounds redundant, it is nevertheless a general fact. By building up the habit of meditating, it eventually becomes a habit that becomes harder to break.

One good way of alleviating the lack of motivation problem is shorten the time you spend meditating. Instead of trying to meditate for an hour (which is long), try 30 minutes or less. The idea is to make it easier for you to do. Meditating with proper focus and concentration over a shorter period; is better than meditating improperly over a longer span of time.

Another common challenge of meditating is not being able to sit still long enough to achieve anything. Not being able to sit still is something we usually attribute to kids, but in fact this can be a major challenge for adults as well. If you think about it really, we are always on the go. There are very few times when we are perfectly motionless. We even toss and turn in our sleep. So that act of being still for a prolonged period of time is quite unnatural to most of us. We will find that once we start meditating that our muscles will demand that we move a leg or an arm, or that annoying itch will appear in the middle of our back.

This is not an easy obstacle to overcome or one that can be done necessarily overnight. Again, patience is required to accomplish our goal. First, you are going to have to accept this basic premise. The first few times you start meditating, there are going to wiggles, necessary scratches, and the like. Work on minimizing these movements with each succeeding session; eliminating one thing at a time.

Next, take a few moments to get comfortable before you begin meditating, and work out the kinks in your body. The better prepared you are beforehand, will go along way to ensuring your success when you begin meditating.

In fact, this line of thought points directly to another challenge of meditating – being physically uncomfortable. If you are in pain or otherwise feeling discomfort while meditating, this will be a major distraction for you. It is critical, therefore, that you find a sitting position that allows you to successfully direct your attention toward meditating. Use pads or a properly backed chair or whatever it is you need to attain a comfortable position. You should also consider stretching (remember deep contractions exercises?) before you assume your meditating position.

These are just some of the more common challenges we face when we begin meditating. There are of course others. The key thing to remember is that you are not alone in experiencing these obstacles. Most people have had to deal with them. Just remember that meditating takes time to master. So long as you continue to put forth consistent effort, you will overcome these difficulties. Believe me; learning to meditate is well worth the effort that it takes to master the obstacles.
